VW Golf Mk 5 Body repair
The customer bought this car new, and she was totally devastated that the vehicle was being classed as a “write off” after being side swiped by another vehicle.The insurance company told her that she would have to accept a settlement figure and they would scrap the car. This upset her even more than she already was because apart from sentimental value, there was no way she could find a similar vehicle with what they offered her!
