Body Work Repair
A customer asked us to tidy up this van because he wanted to keep it for a few more years. It was dull all over, had a few minor dents and had what appeared to be small patches of surface rust on the sills. We advised that the rust damage would actually be much worse than it would first appear, and advised new sill panels. Unfortunately none could be found in the country and we ended up cutting out all of the rust and fabricated pieces to weld in. Apart from the van being transformed from looking like a rusty old van to a new one, the customer was especially pleased with the invisible repair to the sill panel!
